Wow, that's a really old version. Maybe the issue was caused by this
bug: http://trac.turbogears.org/ticket/2346 which has been fixed. You
should upgrade at least to the latest bugfix release in the TG 1.0
branch which is 1.0.10. If you're also upgrading the server and want to
use a newer Python version, we recommend upgrading to the TG 1.5 branch
which is still pretty compatible to TG 1.0.
