If you're using at least TG2, then you should be using ToscaWidgets, which
will provide for you a command named "archive_tw_resources". You have to
configure it in your setup.cfg file, and do so according to docs on this
page ( http://toscawidgets.org/documentation/ToscaWidgets/deploy.html ),
but then you can do (using the first example on that page)

paster setup.py deploy

and get pure .js files sitting in a directory somewhere that you can run
any i18n tools you wish.
