Okay, it's up and running. It's nearly a total copy of the previous version of the site, but it's built with Sphinx and reStructuredText. It's visible at http://beta.turbogears.org/
I need to ask people to look it over, and help me spot what's broken. I'm sure there's plenty of it that I haven't caught yet. Christoph and Alessandro, I'll get your keys copied over sometime this weekend.
