There is no special documentation. Just add the -U flag to your install
command, i.e. activate your virtualenv (if you use one) and then
easy_install -Ui http://www.turbogears.org/1.1/downloads/current/index
TurboGears
(this should be all on one line of course).
If you want to upgrade to 1.5, you need to adapt a few things, as
explained here: http://turbogears.org/1.5/docs/Upgrade.html
