libacr is currently under port to TG2.2, so the doc is somehow out of sync.
The major change in the setup guidelines is that you need to do
"easy_install -i http://tg.gy/222 tg.devtools" instead of "easy_install -i
http://tg.gy/215 tg.devtools"
