Why not just give the group SYSADMIN the permission FARMACO_REPORT? Then
this will reduce to:
@tg.identity.require(tg.identity.has_permission("FARMACO_REPORT"))
You can also make creative use of has_any_permission and in_any_group,
or write your own identity predicates. Have a look in
identity.conditions to see how you can do that.
