Uhm, I have never used tw2.jqgrid, but theoretically it should be possible by providing to __table_options__ the __base_widget_type__ option with a subclass of jqGridWidget that has an url argument pointing to get_all.json
The core issue will probably be that the output of get_all.json is not compatible with the input requested by jqGrid by default. Each grid has its own way of requesting data.
