TG1 is still in SVN at https://sourceforge.net/projects/turbogears1/
I have committed the patch already, thanks for the bug report.
I'll try to publish a bugfix release soon since some more small issues
have been fixed in TG 1.5.
If anybody else has patches for TG 1.5 please let me know.
