Most of the issues I've hit have been from sub-components (such as in
sprox or TW2) rather than TG itself. Here's my list; not really anything
earth shattering but perhaps pencil some in a TODO list for a rainy
weekend.

It's still a bit fiddly for me to upgrade the TG modules. What I mean
from that is if you quickstart a project under one version of TurboGears
and then upgrade, the templates in your project don't update.
You don't want them to simply overwrite what you have but not sure if
there is a solution.

Resource injection, not sure if it is a TG or TW problem there. I still
need to be careful when using TW widgets and my own so things like
jquery aren't included twice, or not included at all and I needed it.

There's some sort of quirk around logging in and the flash line. I've
noticed at times (could be type of browsers) that the flash line is one
refresh behind the screen.

I like the look of the bootstrap grids; I like the functionality of the
jqgrids including json queries for the data and neat sorting. It'd be
nice to see some of that in too.
