Hi, I have installed turbogears 2.3.6 on a virtualenv on debian (Squeeze) linux. Everythings works well. But when i try to open the ./environ page, I get the dreadful UnicodeDecodeError. Locales on my system are set to en.US-utf-8.
The same setup is working fine on Ubuntu 14.04 with locales en.In-utf-8 and similarly on Mac (dont know the local setting). Any suggestion , what could be the cause and solution. This is with default "gearbox quickstat" project.
