It's not a particularly documented feature of Gearbox as using wsgiref to
serve production apps is usually discouraged.

There are some hints into the gearbox wsgiref_server_runner docstring

$ openssl genrsa 1024 > keyfile
$ chmod 400 keyfile
$ openssl req -new -x509 -nodes -sha1 -days 365 -key keyfile > certfile
$ chmod 400 certfile

Then set wsgiref.certfile=certfile and wsgiref.keyfile=keyfile options in
your development.ini
