Need to include functions directly in master.xhtml.
When attempting to update genshi to kajiki, I came across an issue
attempting to add externally defined functions within the master.xhtml
i.e. if master.xhml contains <py:include href="sidebars.xhtml">
and an attempt is made to add
${sidebars.functionA()}
to the master.xhml it throws error: *global name 'sidebars' is not defined*
This same line:
${sidebars.functionA()}
can be included in index.xhtml (but cannot be included directly in the
master.xhtml)
