There was a bug in the 2.1 beta1 build that prevented one of the classes (TJException) from being included from libjpeg-turbo 1.5 beta. This resulted in JPEG decompression being unaccelerated. If you have already downloaded 2.1 beta1, then please uninstall it and install 2.1 beta2 instead. Sorry for the inconvenience. The 2.1 beta1 binaries have been removed.
