I've never used or evaluated XenDesktop, so I can't speak to how it performs relative to TurboVNC. However, the obvious comparisons are:
- TurboVNC + VirtualGL costs 100% less money than XenDesktop. - TurboVNC + VirtualGL supports Linux remote desktops, whereas XenDesktop supports Windows remote desktops, so in that sense, the two solutions are orthogonal.
