This release addresses two issues that may have limited early adoption
(and thus limited beta testing) of the Windows TurboVNC Viewer:
- Fixed an issue in the Windows TurboVNC Viewer that prevented certain
UTF-8 characters in the clipboard from being transferred properly.
- The Windows installers are now signed using a code signing certificate
provided by the SignPath Foundation.
