I commented out the binding.axis module in the top pom.xml so it
doesn't break the top level build anymore. I'm not sure it's really
necessary to delete it at this point.

I just talked to Rick. He thinks that it'll be really useful to get the
existing binding.axis project fixed to illustrate plugging in a binding
independent of all the other Axis 2 related changes that him and Ant are
working on in the sandbox. This will give them a skeleton to integrate
their Axis 2 code. I'm starting to make the changes to binding.axis now,
it doesn't look too bad... I should be done with it later today.
