Initial starting point of celtix binding. Currently, it can really just
handle the "client side" part and in some very limited cases. (wrapped doc/lit
only right now) It doesn't manage the Celtix WSDL extensors yet, etc...
Also, no tests yet. Those are in progress. The helloworldws sample now
works with the celtix binding if you change the pom to reference binding.celtix
instead of binding.axis2.
However, it is completely checksyle, pmd, and Xlint (providing you are using
jdk 1.5.0_06) clean. Checkstyle and Xlint issues are part of the Maven build.
The eclipse:eclipse stuff will setup pmd and checkstyle so eclipse will use
them (providing the plugins are installed).
