Cannot start Tuscany runtime - Timeout waiting for Tuscany runtime to initialize

In your Tuscany client code do the following:
TuscanyRuntime tuscany = new TuscanyRuntime("test", null);
tuscany.start();
tuscany.stop();
tuscany.start();
Looks like stop() is not working. You will get the following exception:
