I'd like to vote on this, and have spent 15 mins perusing all the files. I saw that you have addressed Dan's point on signatures. To be honest I don't have sufficient experience in this area to make criticism. I wonder if there are others feeling the same way, and hence the slowness on this vote. It would be good to spread some knowledge on how this got put together. Would it be possible to schedule a quick walkthrough of the critical points with enough committers attending to then make their votes? I guess IRC would be an OK medium to do this. I would be happy to harvest any tips that came out of such a session and include them in some release guidelines.
