My recent note in this thread announcing release RC5a is confusing, apologies; it's my mail client. The link in my "sent mail" looks very different from how it appears in the incoming mail of colleagues. Please ensure that when you follow the link you end up at the RC5a directory. I think this problem has arisen because I cut and pasted from my previous emal and appended an "a", so I will attempt to include the link here once again, but as a 1st generation cut and paste.

I have refreshed this release candidate as http://people.apache.org/~kelvingoodson/sdo_java/RC5a<http://people.apache.org/%7Ekelvingoodson/sdo_java/RC5/> I have added the appropriate licenses to the LICENSE.txt file I have taken the opportunity to remove two spurious documentation files that I had meant to remove before, but these are the only changes between RC5 and RC5a. I have updated and resigned the deployed binary artifacts as listed in the root of this thread. Should I re-initiate this vote, or can it proceed from here? Regards, Kelvin.
