Resolution: Fixed
I've removed the import that is not needed. I've left the mvn dependency in
place for now as it is convenient in the sense that just about everything that
uses host-embedded also needs binding.sca. So we could remove it but that means
changing many more pom.xml files across the project. There are ongoing
conversations about how we repurpose our runtime so this dependency issue will
be piked up then
