We can also open JIRA issues for each piece to work that we plan to do and then people can assign those to themselves as they sign up for them. Each issue can be assigned to a future release so that as we get closer to one it gets easier to see what will be in and what won't. There are also tools that allow change logs to be generated from JIRA making doing the release notes easier. -- Jeremy
