Here's a patch for the start of a WS binding using Axis2.
Could it be committed to the sandbox so the several people trying to work on
the Axis2 migration have something to comment on and make changes against.
Currently only the externalService is using Axis2, entryPoints and conversion
between SDO and SOAP XML still uses Axis1.
