Maven is getting a "Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL:

error trying to download the EMF jars. Trying with my Web browser I get
"You don't have permission to access
/~jboynes/maven2/org/eclipse/emf/ecore-xmi/2.2.0-I200602160000/ecore-xmi-2.2.0-I200602160000.jar
on this. server."
Looks like a permission problem, maybe a chmod will help? :) Thanks
