I have a bunch of changes to the js container to support the proxying
infrastructure that is being put in place. Ant, would you want to
work together on this? I plan to check in once I get the compile and
unit test issues sorted out.

These changes are breaking changes. I adjusted the code in the core,
container.java and tomcat projects but binding.axis and
container.js do
not compile yet.
