SDO C++ uses libxml2 as the XML parser. There is no clear pluggable API. Early
tests have shown that the guththuila parser within the axis2c project can deal
with the parsing of all the SDO test cases.
This task covers planning an API such that parsers can be plugged in (perhaps a
parserHelper), and using the guththila parser as an example to prove the
concept.
