Hi,I made an extensive rename of RuntimeConfiguration to ContextFactory and RuntimeConfigurationBuilder to ContextFactoryBuilder since it is more descriptive of what those classes actually do. This forced a number of renames upstream and hence the rather large commit I just did. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
