Patch to fix the remaining eclipse warnings for sca/tools.
Also completely reformats the WSDL2JavaGenerator to make it match the other
.java files in the directory. It's bad enough to have several code formats in
the whole tuscany project, but to have two completely different formats in the
same package is quite silly. (Honestly, I think someone should run the
eclipse code reformat tool over the ENTIRE tuscany project (including sdo and
spec) and make everything at least close to consistent.)
