Resolution: Won't Fix
We're not going to move to RC2 now. The 1.0 release is out next week (Monday)
so we'll go stright to that. A few of us are trying RC4 on our local builds
right now tomake sure things are ok. I'll raise another JIRA for moving to 1.0.
