SDO2Java generator should allow multiple files or directories to be specified

Currently, only one XSD or WSDL file can be specified for the whole project, or
only one directory, forcing the user to put all his WSDL and XSD files in that
directory. This is a significant limitation. The tool should allow the user to
specify a list of files or a list or directories.
