Jean-Sebastien Delfino resolved TUSCANY-318:
--------------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

I fixed that in all the samples. Bigbank still has a stop without shutdown but
this should be covered in a separate JIRA issue, since the bigbank account J2SE
client does not seem to work at all anyway.

> All the J2SE samples should call TuscanyRuntime.shutdown() instead of
> TuscanyRuntime.stop()

> The samples should show the correct use of the TuscanyRuntime API, and call
> TuscanyRuntime.shutdown() instead of TuscanyRuntime.stop(). Stop only
> disassociates the Tuscany runtime from the current thread and does not
> shutdown it.
