Attachment: tuscany-distribution.zip
Here's the zip file contains maven metadata which can create a distribution.
1) unzip it to <tuscany>/java/distribution.
2) Download apache-tomcat-5.5.17.zip into
<tuscany>/java/distribution/tomcat-overlay.
3) cd <tuscany>/java/distribution
4) run "mvn clean install"
You'll see the target/tuscany-dist is created.
Please give a try to see what's missing.
