I guess the change to the samples and other projects is not that bad, you'll just need to change the id of the current wsdl2java plugin. I suggest tuscany-wsdl2java-plugin instead of tuscany-sca-plugin-wsdl2java. To minimize the changes at this point (since we're trying to stabilize our M1 release), can you keep one tools project for now, but just create two different plugin projects under a "plugins" project?
