-----------------------------------

So i don't have to remember all the sample URLs I've been adding an index.html
file to tomcat webapps\ROOT. Should the distrbution contain anything like this?
Doesn't have to be in root, maybe http://localhost:8080/tuscany?

<html>
  <head>
    <title>Welcome to Tuscany SCA</TITLE>
  </head>

  <body>

    <h2>Welcome to Tuscany SCA</h2><br>

    <h3>Try a sample:</h2><br>

    <p>
    <a href="helloworldweb-SNAPSHOT/">HelloworldWeb</a>
    </p>
    <p>
    <a href="helloworldjsonrpc-SNAPSHOT/">Helloworld JSONRPC</a>
    </p>
    <p>
    <a href="bigbank-webclient-SNAPSHOT">BigBank</a>
