I made some changes to the following files which will be included in our
M1 incubating release:
tuscany/PROPOSAL.txt - added the file to get it included in the distribution
tuscany/java/README.txt - the Apache incubating disclaimer and pointers
to the docs, samples, our dev list and JIRA
tuscany/java/NOTICE - lists the contributions to the distribution and
points to the license file
tuscany/java/LICENSE.txt - the Apache 2.0 license plus the licenses for
the sub-components of Tuscany.
I did not make any changes to tuscany/STATUS but it is included in the
distribution as well.
Could some of you please help review these files to make sure that they
are correct, that we're not missing any licenses, disclaimers etc? Thanks...
