Hi only just spotted this. Most of the commonj.sdo copyright headers are fine without Apache copyrights in, as we didn't create these within the project. The ChangeSummary one has been changed to Apache, and is wrong. Also ExternalizableDelegator and NoHelperProviderException are wrong. Frank is going to fix these up right now.
