Fuhwei Lwo commented on TUSCANY-427: ------------------------------------ After browsing the xml files from the Tomcat installation, I think it's not necessary to have copyright statement in the xml files. However, I think the functionality to ignore the comments in the xml files for SDO comparison is needed because we never serialize comments to SDO.
