Venkatakrishnan updated TUSCANY-535:
------------------------------------

    Attachment: Tuscany-SDO-Impl-Patch-Jul-16.diff

Hi Frank / Raymond/ Jean

This patch must supersedes the previous one. The prev. patch may be ignored.

After discussion over a couple of mail exchanges with you folks I have changed
the implementation for XSDHelper.generate. Please take a look and let me know
if there are improvements / changes that must be futher made.

Some points about this implementation
-----------------------------------------------------
1) Does not generate schema for static sdos that have been generated from an
XSD. Instead add schema includes.
2) Generates schema defns for dynamic sdos

I have included some testcases for these.

I have used XMLSchema and Axiom libraries to build the schema definitions and
then to add the sdo annotations to the generated schema.
There are additional dependencies added. Please check the POM for the same.

Thanks.
