Hi Venkat, You may want to take a look into Celtix binding in the main java trunk as a reference on how to implement bindings, though I am afraid it is not completely function yet. It still lacks of data transforming ands SCDL reading/bootstrapping. I am currently working on this. I am also working on porting Axis2 binding, hopefully I can commit an initial version by tomorrow.
