The .project files were generated automatically for me when I created
projects over the SDO and SCA directories, so unless we create many more
projects I'm not sure it's necessary to check them in. I don't see a
problem with checking them in either:) Typically I just ignore these
files in my SVN ignore property so they are not under revision control.
