There is an SDOUTils function to print out the contents of a DataObject.
This proposal is to add ostream operator<< to RefCountingPointer that will call
a virtual function printSelf() on RefCountingObject.
Anything inheriting from RefCountingObject (e.g. DataObject) can overide this
method to provide diagnostic info.
User simply has to code e.g.
DatObjectPtr myDO = someFucntionThatReturnsDO();
cout <<myDO;
