Has Tuscany considered running a single instance of the runtime in a 
Server? If so are there plans to manage multiple applications in a 
single runtime environment? In particular, the ability to remove a 
application/composite from the map of SCAObjects contained in 
CompositeComponentExtension and anything else that would be required to 
remove a Composite from the runtime's view.
