We should look for a way to reuse some of the SCDLs (this may involve
some file reshuffling). I'd also like to get integration tests in
which verify the SCDLs since the NPE the other day was the result of
not having any checks in place. Such integration tests would load the
SCDLs into a minimal bootstrap and run through a couple deployment
scenarios. I'm so far behind on things I won't be able to get to that
but perhaps someone else is interested?
