I don't think sca/idl should change as "idls" other than WSDL may be used with SCA. Consequently, the project structure should remain the same. The WSDL idl project would contain classes for parsing a wsdl SCDL interface declaration and creating the appropriate model representation. There should be some type of extensibility mechanism within this package as well similar to what we are putting in place for Java idl. The "generic" web services project would contain the classes responsible for loading the model specifically related to the web service binding. There would be a separate extension for the WSDL registry. I'm not sure if there is an additional extension for the WSDL "utils" package or whether it should be included in the registry or idl projects.
