I'm going to restructure the source tree and deployment for the ws binding. I think it will be better as:
extensions/
ws/
reference/
service/
xsd
as the scema is common to both reference and service
and deployed as
<root>/extensions/
ws/
reference/
lib ... etc
service/
xsd/
