In the generated SDO classes, static types are automatically registered into
the EMF global registry. This behavior prevent us from keeping SDO types into
different scopes defined by external schemes.
It would be nice that we can do somthing like:
SDOUtil.registerStaticTypes(TypeHelper scope, Class factoryClass);
