Use ServiceContract in ServiceExtension SPI

Hi,

We now have IDL-independent ServiceContract/Operation models. So usages of 
java interface/method as contracts need to be replaced with 
ServiceContract/Operation.  I notice that the ServiceExtension SPI still 
takes a java interface. We need to replace it with ServiceContract so that 
we can better handle java/WSDL interop. If there are no other concerns, I'll 
make the changes.
