There are a number of broken links at
http://incubator.apache.org/tuscany/java-projects.html including the internal
links in the opening "Tuscany JAVA Project" section, as well as an external
link to GettingStarted.htm in the "Running The Samples" section. Not sure if
we are waiting until M2 to update the site, but as a new user, these broken
links were very discouraging to me. In particular, the "GettingStarted.htm"
which results in a 404:Page not Found error was quite frustrating.
