I agree with Kelvin (although I'd prefer the extra detail to be on the mailing list not IRC). Also, I'm not sure I understand the big picture of this M2 release or why we would vote on this bit now, I guess I thought there would be a single vote for the final thing we were releasing, not lots of votes for all the separate parts?
