Attachment: HowToBuildStdcxxForTuscanySDO.txt
The file HowToBuildStdcxxForTuscanySDO.txt condenses the build instructions
from the stdcxx project web site into step by step instructions that provide
stdcxx libraries in the form expected by SDO. Once stdcxx exits incubation and
provides binary releases we should be able to replace this document with a
simple reference to the stdcxx site. (Much as we already do with libxml2 etc).
